South Florida Tech Hub Partnership Special Offer

  • Ingram Advisory Group is an executive level member of the South Florida Tech Hub

Why a special partnership and offer?

As entrepreneurs ourselves, we intimately understand the exhilarating yet challenging journey of building a business. We've witnessed countless brilliant innovators, and second-stage companies hindered not by their vision or capability but by limited access to seasoned guidance.

That's precisely why we're thrilled to introduce the Strategic Executive Alliance (SEA) program– our game-changing initiative that makes premium advisory services accessible through significantly reduced fees.

This is not a course but a "Real-world hands-on approach." We know that in today's increasingly complex funding landscape, having the right advisors can make all the difference between surviving and thriving.

We're genuinely excited to share our global network and decades of experience with South Florida's next generation of business leaders and those looking to come into the market from abroad.

Our advisors aren't just advisors– we have been and continue to be active entrepreneurs ourselves and skilled operators who've been in the trenches, navigated the challenges, and achieved successful exits for decades.

By making our expertise more affordable, we're opening doors to accelerated growth, more innovative capital raises, and more apparent paths to exit strategies.

This isn't just about business for us – it's about giving back to the entrepreneurial community we love and watching promising companies soar.

We're offering the same high-touch, one-on-one guidance that has driven success for significant enterprises because we believe every ambitious entrepreneur deserves access to transformative advisory services, especially in today's demanding capital-raising environment.

    What is the offer?

We have made an exclusive offer to the South Florida tech hub’s members as part of our Strategic Executive Alliance (SEA) program. We are offering the following:

    1. For $5,000 per month, a tech hub member in business will get access to 3 IAG partners for a fraction of the cost. This will be for access to ALL 3 partners as part of 1 package.

    2. The commitment of $5,000 per month from the member is a 6-month commitment and is a significant discount of over 80% from our typical monthly rates in the range of $25,000 per month, per member for 1 partner. This means for 3 partners, the rate would ordinarily be $75,000 per month or thereabouts.

    3. The member is getting access to 3 fractional executives they typically wouldn’t get for the price offer.

    4. We will have an initial discussion to assess whether there is a mutual fit for both the member and us. If there is a mutual fit, then the engagement will commence. As part of the assessment, we will agree which of the 3 IAG partners in the SEA program will be the lead contact partner for the tech hub member.

    5. The special offer is for only 6 tech hub members, so when we reach 6, we will close the program for at least 6 months. If the demand is tremendous, then we will open his up to other IAG partners beyond the initial 3 partners. We believe in the vision of the Tech Hub and strongly feel with such an offer, it can grow significantly.

    6. Should a member’s business scale beyond the need for being part of the IAG/Tech Hub’s SEA program special offer, we can agree on a separate arrangement.

    7. To take advantage of the special offer, the member will need to send an email to Terry Ingram at ti@ingramadvisorygroup.com with the title: “South Floria Tech Hub SEA program.” Terry will then set up the exploratory meeting to assess if there is a mutual fit.

    8. Once we reach the 6 initial members, the program will close until the next cohort or until additional IAG partners join the program.

  • What does the Tech Hub member get?

You will get 3 executives for the price of a fraction of 1. It is therefore more than 3 in 1.

Terry Ingram, Dickson  Wasake, and Brandon  Underwood bring extensive global experience. Ingram leverages his U.S. submarine service and serial entrepreneurial success, Wasake contributes his CPA and financial auditing expertise, and Underwood provides operational and technology expertise. Together, they offer comprehensive support across diverse industries.

How are we able to make such an offer?

As the executives are highly skilled and experienced, they will know how to efficiently manage their time to give you what you need and also to know how to leverage the other 2 partners’ skills, so you in essence get expertise from 3, instead of 1.

You will get a fractional executive who has “been there, done that”.

Each executive has at least 20 years of experience.

The 3 in 1 offer is that all 3 partners below will be assigned to your account, albeit there is a lead partner, based on where we assess the greatest need is.

The details of the partners and what they bring to you is as follows:

  • At the end of 6 months, we expect that your business will have scaled beyond the need to be part of the program. At that point, we will however evaluate and consider if we continue with you or “graduate” you to another advisory package.
